Copyright Guidelines apply to all commercial or non-commercial entities seeking to duplicate, distribute, disseminate (electronically or otherwise), or make derivative works from the NCAS National Core Arts Standards that may result in formal or informal publications, electronic tools or works (books, articles, newspapers, and journals), or for use in professional development and training, not exempted by educational use above.

Written permission from NCAS Project Management (c/o Young Audiences, Inc.) is required whenever copyrighted material, beyond that destined for educational use as above, is duplicated or disseminated, electronically or otherwise.
